Crystal - Owner / Professional Photographer

Crystal has been a Professional Photographer for over 30 years and especially enjoys helping boost self-confidence and self-esteem through the whole photography experience. How? By making sure kids feel like they have been seen and heard while they are being photographed. She makes sure to have a positive (two-way) conversation with each beautifully unique child she photographs. She also preaches to anyone who will listen about the importance of children seeing themselves as the beautiful artwork they are, by having printed photographs on display around the home. She believes that this reinforces to the child that they are truly highly valued by their parents and that they are undoubtedly an important part of their family. Aimee - Professional Photographer

Aimee has been a Professional Photographer for over 20 years and finds photographing children to be her calling. She loves capturing their wonderfully whimsical personalities, and is especially fond of photographing children, who may be a little shy. She has a gift of showing their beautiful personalities in a way that only she knows how to capture! Several parents have expresses their great appreciation at Aimee's ability to get photos of their child's real smile - the one only the family normally sees. Plus, she's great at surprising kids with how unexpectedly funny she is. No joke, that's one of the reasons she gets the most authentic giggles and smiles while photographing children. Kate - Professional Photographer

What do we say about Kate? She's been a Professional Family, Children, Wedding and Commercial Photographer for over 20 years. Plus, she's a Graphic Artist and Videographer to boot! The best thing about Kate is her warm personal interest in the people and places she photographs. Everything she does is rooted in love of nature and a connection to others. She's down to earth and such a free spirit that she naturally makes everyone she photographs feel completely at ease - and it shows in the beautiful portraits she creates. Royale - Professional Photographer

Royale has been making photographic magic happen for over 10 years now. She has such a contagious joie-de-vivre spirit about her. However, the true beauty of how Royale works is that she makes every person she photographs fee like they are a Super Star and they've been assigned their own personal energizer bunny, cheerleader, comedian and bright joy-bringer. She gets the shyest kids to strut their stuff in front of the camera and walk away feeling like they just had the "Best Day Ever!" Languages: English and French.

Rob - Child Attention Retention Specialist

Rob is the key to why kids REALLY love School Photo Day. For starters, he curates a list of high-energy, joyful music to play in the photography area. This helps the students get into a fun mindset for their time in the spotlight. While they wait for their turn, he mesmerizes even the most serious child (or adult for that matter) with his masterful MASSIVE Bubble Show! Some kids refer to him as Bubble Man! Rob is great at engaging with kids on their level since, when he isn't entertaining kids who ROCK, he's a Character and Toy Designer along with being a Prop Master. He's worked on designing Robots, Vehicles, Toys, Plushies and Animated characters for some of the biggest names in kids’ entertainment, so he knows what makes them happy. No wonder parents have told us that he has helped make the BEST PHOTO DAY EVER for their children. Languages: English, Japanese, French, Italian and Spanish.

Ingrid - Chief Operations Officer

Ingrid was brought on the team because we needed at least ONE Type A personality to keep us all in line. She is great at keeping track of any absentees, organizing which child goes to which photographer and preparing the children for their 'big moment'! She's also excellent at reading people, so she's keenly aware that a child on the shy side should go to a photographer who is more low-key, whereas more extroverted children should go to a photographer who is ready to match their energy. She also does a bunch of behind the scenes administrative, metrics and organizing to make sure no child is left out of School Photo Day and that communication with parents and staff is always flowing both ways. Jen - Client Services

Jen is our Secret Weapon! She's fast as lightning at providing high level Client Services and assisting with organizing the orders, answering inquiries, and making sure special requests are sent to the right person for the job. She agrees with the rest of the team – give the people what they want! Does a child need a change of outfit before being photographed, or do they want their favorite stuffed animal in a photo too, Jen makes sure these requests are carried out. Need to have your child's gallery info or have a question about any aspect of the school photography process? Then just ask Jen. She swiftly gets back on any inquiry or request. Dino - Photographer's Assistant

Dino is a perfect assistant to the photographers because she has never met a person (or dog) she didn't like. She only sees the good qualities in each person she meets, and she thrives on bringing a smile to the people she interacts with. Her constant good humor and willingness to pitch in on any part of a project makes her another perfect fit for our team. She loves making the kids feel seen and heard and is always at the ready with whatever is needed even before we realize there's a need! We and our clients just cannot say enough about sweet Dino. Michele - Photographer's Assistant

When we think of Michele, we think, organized, empathetic and QUIRKY! She has it all, including a great sense of what it means to be a kid, as she herself has a huge sense of wonder and an appetite for continual learning, exploring, and expanding her horizons. Her high energy draws people to her like bees to flowers. She also fits in well because of her positive mindset and how she always sees the humor in this thing we call Life! She lifts as she climbs and that makes Michele a great fit for this photography team. We all just want everyone to feel good about themselves and their experience with us. Spencer - Photographer's Assistant / Photo Editor

We have our wonderful, if not camera-shy constant hero in Spencer. He's always has an “all hands on deck” mindset. From using light reflectors, to helping pick out the perfect stuffed animal for a specific student, he's always at the ready for our dear clients. His calm and patient demeanor works so well with students and photographers alike. Then he goes behind the scenes and expertly culls, crops, and edits the images with his own artistic touch. We are so fortunate to have him as an integral part of the family. Languages: English.
